MY EXPERTISE

My work is grounded in over five years of clinical experience and ongoing advanced training in relational and depth-oriented psychotherapy. I hold a certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and have received formal training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Internal family systems (IFS), shaping a nuanced, parts perspective approach to working with individuals.

Beyond formal training, my clinical perspective has been shaped by extensive continuing education, workshops, and retreats focused on emotional integration, identity, purpose and sustainable change. I believe depth comes not only from technique, but from presence, discernment, and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth.

For the last seven years, I worked with a nonprofit at the intersection of mental health and the music industry, supporting individuals through education, community, and creative expression. As part of that work, I helped build build a YouTube channel where I used music to teach viewers about important therapeutic skills, empower them to process their emotions, and help them explore their mental health landscape. The channel grew to over 280,000 subscribers and This experience continues to inform my understanding of how emotion, creativity, and connection support healing.

For clients who are spiritually curious or oriented, I bring an openness to questions of meaning, inner life, and spirituality into the therapeutic process when it feels supportive. Spiritual or contemplative practices are never imposed, but can be thoughtfully integrated when aligned with a client’s values, beliefs, and goals, and always held within a grounded psychotherapeutic framework.
